Located mins from 28. Groceries walking distance. Frying pan park and hiking trails across the street. Has fitness center and pool. Sign on lease til Oct 2023. Half of security deposit will be returned at end of lease. The other half is used for sign on fees. If leave before lease end date the other half of deposit will be used to cover those fees May be the master bedroom that is up for rent.

I am a 38 year old mother with two children who are 7 and 10. They will be staying here part time. A kitten will be at the apartment. Weekdays I’ll be home 3:30 and leave for work at 5:30. When my kids are here they would leave for school at 8 ish and would come over at 3:30. Weekends we would be home. I mostly stay to my self watching TV reading or playing video games. Non smoker. And prefer limited scented stuff. The living area and kitchen will be full access. There is laundry in unit. Room is second room and own bathroom but is outside the room.
