Sarah's room

I have a bedroom and shared bathroom in my house for rent. The bedroom can be furnished or cleared out if the tenant wants to bring their own furniture. The room is 12.75 x 8.75. Two windows and a small closet. The bathroom is very nice, newly remodeled. The tenant would also have access to shared spaces in the house, including living room, kitchen, covered side porch, and utility room with washer and dryer.

I am seeking a nice and responsible female tenant / roommate. I work from home so am around most of the time, but will give you lots of space. My daughter is with me half time. She has her own room but would share the bathroom with the tenant half the time. I have a medium sized dog, very friendly.
