About the room
We have a private room/ bathroom for rent beginning February 1st, 2023. Ideally, we are looking for a student, resident or intern working at Kaiser, Sutter or Memorial hospitals for a month to month lease. We are a 5 minute drive to Kaiser, 10 minutes to Sutter, and about 15 minutes to Memorial hospital.
About the roomies
We are an active, retired couple. My husband retired from the wine business, and I just retired from Kaiser, Santa Rosa, Oncology department this past summer. We will be doing a lot of traveling this next year and would like to offer our house to an intern, resident or student. We ask for a responsible, respectful, honest individual and of course no smoking or drug use. Also, sorry, but no children or pets.
