Beautiful 3-Story bay-front unfurnished (our furniture in the photos have been moved to our other home) Townhome in a very nice community that includes state of the art gyms and amazing pools/spas (there are a couple of them in the community). This is a perfect place if you love nature, go to the gym, and enjoy hanging at the pool with some drinks.

Two options available:

• Room on bottom floor connected to your own garage. You will have your own balcony in your room for evening views of the water (you can literally sit and watch manatees and dolphins swimming around). $700 month unfurnished. Perfect for someone that values privacy more than anything and likes to keep their car inside.

• Top 3rd floor room. $600 month unfurnished. Closer to restroom, laundry, and main parts of the house.

The house features a patio on each floor with 3 in total. You’ll have access to entire house including the new washer and dryer. Utilities included in price (water, electric, internet) everything.

My family just moved out from Florida and you will be splitting the home with me and one other roommate (not yet here) which will be three of us total. The community is smoke free. The home is entirely empty and you are welcome to bring your own furniture/household items (I will not be using it and I will barely be home ever).
