Kyle's room

I have a room for rent in my 3 bed 1.5 bath home. The price includes all utilities and internet. No pets preferred but can be negotiable with $25 more a month for pet fee. You’ll have access to living room, kitchen, dinning room, back deck which has furniture and a grill you’re welcome to use. The upstairs bathroom has the tub/shower. Downstairs bathroom includes washer/dryer. Ideally looking for someone quiet and easy to get along with.

I am 30. I work Monday through Friday, I’m gone about 11 to 12 hours a day. I’m clean, and I would like to add that the bedroom for rent would need to stay clean as well.
