Via Marina

Hello!

I am looking for a roommate to join my lease in Marina Del Rey towards the end of November. I live in Shores, which is a great building with a pool, two jacuzzis and a rooftop over the ocean and marina. The apartment is a two bedroom two bath with in unit washer/dryer and lots of living space and closet space for roughly $2,000 per person a month (WiFi included, electricity is separate, roughly $30-$50 a month). The apartment also comes with a free underground parking spot and free guest parking. We are a 7 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to Washington street which has a bunch of fun restaurants and bars. I have pretty much already furnished the shared living spaces, so should be pretty easy for anyone to just join the lease.

A little about me, as your potential future roomie, I am 26 years old and have grown up in the greater Los Angeles area but went to school in Colorado and now work a hybrid schedule between an office downtown and at home (corporate life lol). I love to go out on the weekends and explore new bars and restaurants but also enjoy more wholesome activities as well, like hiking, walking to Abbot Kinney, the farmers market, riding my bike, going to the beach, etc. . I am a big snowboarder and skier and spend alot of time in mammoth with friends and family. I travel a decent amount for work and personal but generally am around on the weekends looking for something fun to do!
