I offer a clean, quiet place to live (as I also work from home). At this time, I’m unsure of the duration (could be as little as 3 months or up to a year). An ideal set up would be with another person who values their space and home and above all else, safety. The 900 sq ft apartment the lower half of a split level and is fully furnished (your own microwave, toaster, fridge, coffee maker, table, chairs, sofa, bed, desk, etc). However, there is only one kitchen (upstairs) that is shared with a stove and the washer/dryer is also shared (downstairs in your space). The use of a garage (for indoor car parking can be arranged for extra if you absolutely need it) but there is ample street parking. If you have a dog or dogs that are friendly and can get along with mine, the fenced in backyard and covered porch is also available for your use.) A strict no guests policy (for everyone’s safety) will be in effect.

Currently going through a divorce from a violent ex husband who is now incarcerated and need to supplement my income to make ends meet .My 18 year old daughter and 22 year old neice also live with me for the time being (we are all upstairs). We have a very loving, friendly 97 lb, 3 year old Golden Retriever named Simba who does not bark and a 67 lb, 9 month old Great Pyrenees mix named LuLu that does bark a little bit. I’m quiet, don’t drink and don’t smoke and am exceptionally neat. I’m kind and considerate and a homebody in general. At this time in my life, just taking some time to recoup from a traumatic divorce. I would be the type of landlord that would check up on you if you’re sick (out of decency) but am not looking to forge a friendship. I’m completing a full background and credit check and would like for the roommate to supply a background or submit to a background check as well.
