3rd Street

I live in Highland Park, which is a ten-minute drive to East Village or downtown Des Moines. There are also cozy Cafes within walking distance such as Slow Down Coffee and Highland Park Bakery. Parking will be driveway or street parking.

I do have a furnished room, however, the furniture can be moved to the basement if you’d like to use your own. The closet space is small, but extra closet space is available downstairs. We would share a bathroom.

I’m a 27-year-old female living by myself with a black lab named Stormy. I’m a teacher, so I’m gone from 7am-3pm on Monday-Friday. I have a fairly easy-going personality. I’m looking for someone that is responsible with rent and cleans up after themselves.
