Pete's room

We have a 10 x 15 room (plus 2.5 x 10 closet) on our second floor overlooking the backyard. Includes all utilities. Bathroom shared with just one other person unless we have guests which is pretty rare. Access to kitchen and laundry. Can be furnished , or empty- your choice. We have a large fenced in backyard and woods behind the house. You are welcome to hang out on one of the decks. The woods and aqueduct are a great place for walks or running. It’s usually pretty peaceful around here.

We are a couple in our 50s. Our kids are grown. One son is still at home finishing up school. You’d share the upstairs with him until he moves out. He’s 24, great guy. Loves sports, hiking, music, etc. We have had roommates before and they have enjoyed living with us. We are friendly, but mind our own business. You don’t have to love dogs, but you have to be okay with them. We have 3 small to medium dogs. They are all super friendly, but will greet you and then leave you alone. They rarely go on the second floor, anyway. We also have a few chickens in the backyard. No roosters. We don’t want any other pets so please don’t try to bring your own. No smoking anything in the house, but we do allow it out on the porch.
