I’m looking for a professional roommate to rent the basement suite. It has a large living room with a dry bar & refrigerator for use, bedroom, private bathroom, and attached garage space to park. There is minimal storage in the laundry room and garage if needed. The space can be minimally furnished if need be (bed, couch, chair, a few tables, lamps, and bathroom linens). Rent for it furnished would be $1200 a month.

All utilities are included: -Highspeed Internet -Heat -Electric -Water -If you are interested in Xfinity cable we would split the cost.

Shared spaces are the kitchen (upstairs), laundry room (downstairs), and garage.

Move in ready on 9/15. $1100 security deposit and first months rent due at lease signing. Additional $500 non refundable security deposit for a pet, plus $50/month pet rent.

Home is conveniently located close to 610, 169, 694, 494, and Arbor Lakes. Close to many biking and walking trails and about 5 minutes to Elm Creek Park Reserve.

The right fit would be a professional (preferably female) that is animal friendly, quiet, clean, respectful, and not a heavy drinker. No smoking. 6 month lease to start.

I am open to a cat(s) in the basement. A non refundable security deposit of an additional $500 for a pet, plus $50/month for pet rent.

We would have plenty of our own space, but would still be living together. It is important to make sure our personalities jive. When responding, please give me as much detail as you can about yourself. Career, interests, animals, etc.

I am in my early 40’s, I have 2 cats and a dog. I work early hours in the summer and am in bed early and quiet. When at home in the summer, I spend a lot of time outside on the deck or in the garden.
