Unfurnished room for rent with private bathroom. House is a 2 story house with washer and dryer in the house. Decent size kitchen. Small backyard perfect for a BBQ. Street parking. Fort Apache and Blue Diamond are the major cross streets. Quiet and safe neighborhood nearby stores and restaurants. We will be moving in on November 15th.

We are a married couple in our 30s with a 5 month old son who sleeps through the night and a small dog(who is attached to me at the hip so won’t be a bother). Looking to rent to someone trustworthy and honest who will pay their rent on time. Preferably someone who keeps to themselves and does their own thing because we’re always doing our own thing. We are clean, enjoy an occasional drink and no drama.
