About the room
Whitewater Park is a safe, beautiful environment with excellent amenities and friendly neighbors. It’s located right next to the pond, Greenbelt trail, with pools, 2 story gym, a clubhouse, free bike/paddleboard/kayak rentals, and makes it an awesome place to live.
Our apartment is steps away from one of the pools. It has an outdoor balcony, modern furnished living room with a large TV, updated kitchen and huge pantry/laundry room with full size appliances.
The bedroom for rent is a private room, freshly painted, has a window with sunlight, and decent closet. The furnishings can stay or go. Up to the tenant. The bathroom has two sinks, a linen closet inside and is shared with one other female.
About the roomies
I am a BSU student living with two other BSU students. I am studying abroad next semester and moving in with my boyfriend to save money for my European adventures. My two roommates are super friendly students and are neat and clean. They would welcome another female in their 20s whether a student or not! Please contact me with any questions!
