Rental Bedroom: Ceiling fan, walk-in closets, private. Fully furnished main living area (you furnish your bedroom). Welcome to paint room to suit/can paint. Current room color is blue and blinds with dark grey curtains. In Unit Washer/Drier off kitchen area (inside). Balcony has person BBQ with sitting area and chairs. Garage has room for a motorcycle/bike and some storage.

• Locally close to bike / hiking trails, live music played near by shopping plaza regularly, close to 24 hour fitness’s, Whole Foods, Pavillions, Movie Theatre 15-20min walk.
