River Run Drive

This apartment is a 2bed/2bath, (one bedroom and bath is mine). I am looking for one roommate(no couples, familys, or kids). Prefer females only but i dont mind renting with males either. The rent is 2500 split between us, plus roughly $100 on electricity and intenet. Cats welcome.

There is good size fitness center on site, a tennis court, a pool/jacuzzi, and a small dog park. It is located in Mission Valley near Costco/Costco gas, Lowes, IKEA, McDonald’s, Snapdragon stadium, and Mission and Fashion Valley mall. It is also walking distance to the trolly station. If you’re a student this apartment is about a 10 min drive to SDSU and/or Mesa college.

I’m Chiinil (chanel) a 30y/o Female. I’m originally from Arizona, but I’ve been living in San diego for the past seven years. My friends would describe me as easy-going, understanding, and helpful. In my free time, I like to spend my time outside. On the weekends, I often head out to the beach, walk around the zoo, or just stay home and watch movies. I’m a Dental Assistant and I work a pretty normal 7-5 schedule. During the week, I’m usually in bed by 10:30 and up by 6. On weekends im usually out with my bf all day. I’m not comfortable with over night stays from ur significant other, I will also NOT have my bf spend the night. But im willing to discuss certain situations if needed. I like to keep common living spaces pretty clean. I do my dishes every day and put away my belongings when I get home from work. I’m open to the idea of a cleaning schedule to keep things organized. I am also not a smoker and I don’t want to live with smokers.
