It’s a partially wooded property that backs up against Evansburg State Park. Your furnished private studio is on the 2nd floor with windows on both ends of the space and two skylights. A large screen TV and Internet are included. Also includes a small refrig, a microwave, AC and full bathroom, relatively large closet and storage space. The photos only show your studio. You have access to a full kitchen on the first floor.

I am a good natured, retired male with a disability. I was a business man all my life with a sense of adventure. No one else lives in the house other than my cat.
