Hi! The property is amazing and has so many amenities such as a pool, gym, dog wash station, car wash station, beautiful club house, and so much more! The common space is fully furnished, but the bedroom will be unfurnished. The room that I am leasing has it’s own bathroom inside and is the largest of the 3 rooms.
About the roomies
I am unfortunately relocating for work, but the 2 roommates that you would be living with are AMAZING! One is a first grade teacher and the other one works in medical device sales. They are both 23 and went to college in North Carolina. They are very clean and both travel a lot, so you have the place to yourself a decent amount of the time which is very nice!
