If you have a cat it’ll be an extra $50 a month, if you have a dog it’ll be an extra $100 a month and will need to be registered with the building concierge. The Security deposit provides an indoor parking space, and will help with any potential furniture i.e a bed, desk, room basic needs etc. It will also help make your rent affordable over the next 11 months by making the first month a bit more pricey, normally rent in this neighborhood is well over $2,000 a month, and they don’t even have a skyline and lake view like this condo does. This is a 12-month lease, but it is customizable for under 12 months if needed and also if you want another 12 month extension the security deposit will be paid again on the 13th month and the monthly rent will stay the same. We have Wi-Fi included, if you want to upgrade the Wi-Fi and add cable while splitting the bill, we can negotiate that later.
