Looking for a respectful and responsible roommate with proof of dependable monthly income and will be performing credit and background checks. 2 months rent required as security deposit in addition to first months rent due at signing.

Main part of home is occupied by married couple with a 2 year old child. Yard is shared, otherwise space is quiet and private
