Ulune Street

Aloha! We have a room for rent in our beautiful Aiea home! We are looking for someone to take over a lease on November 1st as our roommate is leaving. The lease ends in June with the possibility of extending.

About the house/room:

• the house is very spacious with multiple sun lights to let in natural light
• The room will come partially furnished
• The house is fully furnished
• Utilities very depending on usage. Water is around $40, electric can range between $60-$100 and wifi is $12.50
• There’s ample street parking
• It’s a 15 min drive to town, base, and to nearby beaches. It’s also 5 min away from Pearl Ridge Shopping Center
• There is an in unit washer and dryer
• There is a large backyard with avocado, papaya, and mango trees. The back yard and front yard need some TLC so if you enjoy yard work and gardening you are free to grow whatever you’d like
• The bathroom is across from the room and is shared by one other person
• Plenty of storage around the house

What we require:

• first months rent + security deposit that equals first months rent
• Employment verification
• We are looking for someone who has a similar lifestyle to us, enjoys being around dogs, and someone who is clean. Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the property
• If you have a dog we may consider however it would have to get along with the dogs already living in the house. Cats are not allowed
• Double occupancy will be considered however rent will increase by an additional $200

There are 4 people currently living in the house. Everyone is in their 20s and works or goes to school. The weekdays are typically quiet. We enjoy cooking so someone will usually always be in the kitchen. There are 3 friendly medium sized dogs that also live in the house. On the weekends we occasionally have friends over or stay up late so it can get relatively loud on weekends. We like to keep the house clean so that everyone is able to enjoy it. Everyone gets along really well and we like to help each other when we can.
