Room in Brewer’s Hill Canton with two South facing windows facing the Natty Boh tower. Huge walk-in closet in attached to the room. Room comes with an A/C unit for chill space. Brand new hardwood floors! There is one bathroom that will be shared between the 3 of us, so ideally looking for someone with an odd schedule so we don’t have to run into overlapping showers etc. There is in-unit laundry, a furnished living room and well-stocked kitchen (also a Nespresso machine woooo!) Internet and utilities to be split 3 ways (water, electric, gas)

You will have two roommates, myself (F25) and my roommate (F25). There are two cats living in the house (no more animals, please!) litter boxes are in the basement so they will be of no issue to you. I work a 9-5 job M-Th and work from home on Fridays. My roommate works at a restaurant and is usually home when I’m at work and I’m usually home when she’s at work. We would enjoy someone who is cleanly and respectful, but also someone who would be interested in being friends as well! We love grabbing Happy Hour, having a chill night in, and doing fun activities when we can.
