My roommate decided to move out and I’m looking for a new roommate to occupy the room and obviously half the rent. The rent does decrease with the option of a lease, but who really knows where we would be in 6months. As long as you are clean in the common spaces, i have no issue with the type of roommate i get or what you do on your free time, have at it. The living room is mostly furnished, depending on what my roommate decides to take from me. I study engineering at NDSU and do professional photography on the side, so i might not be home often.
