Hi! The condo is located in Oshtemo. Renter has the following - bedroom, private bathroom, garage spot. There is a washer and dryer available for shared use between us. The unfinished basement is a great place for any storage items. Private use extra closet outside of your bedroom. I have furniture in the living room and a TV out there already for shared use. Great area to live in Kalamazoo!

I’m very friendly and tidy with shared spaces. I work from home a couple days out of the week, and work 8:30-4:30 Monday through Friday. I value respect and honesty in my roommates. The most important thing in getting a roommate is that we fit personality-wise and are a good match. I love to workout, read, watch TV, and play with my pets. I have a small-medium dog (very friendly) who is crated when I’m not there/at night. I also have two bunnies who share a pen so they are out of the way.
