This apartment complex is called The Mix. It is considered student luxury apartments. The apartment is a 4 bed 4 bath. Each room has a bathroom connected to the bedroom. It is located right in downtown next to Georgia state. We have amenities here such as a pool, sky lounge, study rooms, recording studio, and a gym. We are the D3 room layout, and I am room A. This room does not have any windows, so it will work well for people who like the dark. The rest of the apartment has floor to ceiling windows with a great view of the city. The room has a walk in glass shower as well as a walk in closet. Utilities are included in the rent to a certain extent. If you go over a certain amount of usage you will get a very very small fee. There is an in unit washer and dryer. There is also maintenance staff that respond to issues pretty quickly. This is a safe place to live in downtown because of all the key fob entries in the building. There are many restaurants close by, and the Marta station is only a 10 minute walk. The room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, desk and chair, and drawers. Since there is 4 of us living here, we also already have everything provided such as kitchenware. Even with me leaving, majority of the stuff will still be provided for you. My parking pass will be included in the lease you take over, and I have included that in the rent price. My lease ends July 31, 2023. This apartment leases per room so the price shown is what you have to pay yourself. If any roommate moves out it will not affect your rent. This is available as soon as November 1st, 2022. If you would like it sooner I will ask for some rent for the month of October because I will have already paid it.

I moved here from Ohio looking to experience something new, but I now want to move back home which is why I’m looking for a subleaser. I have 3 roommates, all females, so I am only able to sublease to another female. Our main rules are keep it clean and don’t be too loud. Other than that, we are all very laid back and friendly. This apartment is 420 friendly. Open for animals as there is not any in here. Communication is important in this apartment, so if there is an issue, we typically have short roommate meetings to discuss any living issues. After all, 4 girls living together there is bound to be at least some small issues which is why we have these meetings to respectfully set boundaries and rules. My roommates are very kind people who are all in school. On school days we do keep quiet past about 10:30, so everyone can focus and get the sleep they need to succeed in school. By keep quiet, it just means no blasting music in the common area and throwing parties and such. Our apartment is pretty quiet most of the time especially because we all have different schedules.
