You will get your own bedroom, private bath, use of the kitchen, dining area and a washer and dryer inside the apartment. Apartment is close to the shared pool. Looking for one roommate who is quiet and clean. My young son will be with me on some days, he is very nice and quiet also. Asking for two months stay and then it is month to month. I am asking for first and last months rent.
