close businesses, big room, quite place, big closet. Privacy although it one while house. Washer available, for once a week. Internet included,maybe be able to provide bed ( must discuss) or may bring own. no food or cooking included, must do yourself. Fence yard, no pets

There is currently no other people living on property other than just me. Schedule varies, I like quiet but understand people gotta live so some noise may be unavoidable, you live your life and I respect your space. This is a month to month and termination is at will as a roomie. Works best for me when person has a outside activity that they are doing every day.
