About the room
Renting a furnished spare bedroom in our home located in quiet neighborhood of Buena Vista/Country Club Estates in Winston Salem.
Bedroom is fully furnished with closet and tv. Full access to kitchen etc. Shared bathroom for now. We do have our own bathroom, but your room will be located in hall near the main bath.
House is located near Wake Forest University and convenient to downtown, restaurants, etc.
Students welcome.
A plus if you are handy and good with electric or plubming or drywall as we want to renovate our basement. Could negotiate lower rent in exchange for help from time to time.
About the roomies
We are a younger couple (guys) and pretty laid back. We have three awesome pups. One small and two large.
