The apartment is in Crown Heights, Brooklyn and am looking for a subletter to share my apartment. The room is spacious and can fit a queen bed. It has two large closets. The apartment has laundry in unit and a private backyard! I love the neighborhood and have really enjoyed living here. The street is quiet, as well as the neighbors.

The 1350 rent is a flat monthly fee that includes utilities and Wi-Fi.

Hi I’m Hallie!

I’ve been in the apartment for the about 6 months and have loved being there. My roomate just got a new job and is moving. So I’m on the look for a new subletter!

In general, I like home to be a place for rest and peace, however, I like to have friends over occasionally.

I am a musician and theater artist. So I do have rehearsals with my bandmate in the apartment at least once a week. These rehearsals are almost always during the day and almost never on the weekends. I am also a server, so I am out of the house most weekend nights/days and some weeknights/days.

I like to bake and cook and will sometimes watch a show/movie in the living room. I’ll have friends over occasionally to watch tv or hang out before we go see a show, etc. Other than that, I like to keep things pretty low key.

I am definitely a very clean person and since it’s a smaller space I think it’s important to keep common areas neat and tidy. (I will leave a dish overnight occasionally when I’m rushing to work but typically on it).

I can be a bit noise sensitive- so I try to keep things quiet, especially at night. I do come home late from work often, however, I definitely try to keep noise minimum when I get home.

There is a private backyard with some gardening space. My previous roomate planted a garden out there and gardening is not really my forte. So! Bonus if you like gardening!!!
