Large room available for rent in a 3 bedroom house. Room is equipped with a large closet and connected to a private bath with tub.
Full access to all common areas which include, living room and tv system, kitchen with dishwasher. Free in home laundry. And 2 outdoor social areas with seating and a fire pit. Also has fitness equipment in the garage.
House overlooks community lake and is a short walk from community pool. Street parking available and an option to add a guest parking pass for a limited amount of days (there is also street parking for guests).
Looking for a room mate who is clean, respectful and considerate of a shared living situation. Female preferred. Cat lover preferred, there are 3 that are very well behaved (do not scratch furniture, are litterbox trained, and very friendly).
(I also have a large flat screen tv if you need it for the room)
