Private, off street parking, and close to everything. This would be your own private residence and also includes a shared washer dryer.

Just myself, I am 55 years old and I own my own business locally for over 25 years. I usually work 50-60 hours a week, so you wont see me on the property to much. I currently do a lot of work in West Point and surrounding areas and have rented to military over the many years living here. I do not smoke, or do drugs and ask that that person does not either.
