Looking for a male roomie for my 2b2b apartment in Centerville roughly 15 minutes from RAFB. The apartment is in a gated complex, and has access to a pool, gym and a game room. Since I moved here last month I’ve had no issues with noisy neighbors or any complaints about the complex in general. It’s close to the mall on Watson and is a 3 minute drive away from Kroger so you’ll never have to go far if you don’t want to. You’ll have to sign a lease through the leasing office to move in, and they require proof of income and a background check. The rent is 640 a month for each of us and we’ll split the water/electric. I have gig speed internet and I’ll cover the bill for it.

I’m 24, have no pets and I’m a pretty quiet and laid back person, but I don’t mind if you get loud so long as we don’t get noise complaints and it isn’t excessive.
