SEEKING HOUSEMATE FOR 3-BEDROOM IN SEWARD

beautiful spot a few blocks north of Matthews Park through August 2023, move-in date of September 16th. rent is $1550 + utilities (down for open dialogue about how to split rent consciously). no pets or smoking allowed on the premises, unfortunately (not sure how intensely landlord will monitor, though) :/ right near Seward Co-op, Aldi and a bunch of other businesses along Franklin. proximate to Dinkytown and St. Paul for students as well. porch is included in our unit! the unit is unfortunately not super accessible, with a few stairs used to enter and a couple steps to get into the bathtub/shower.

SEEKING: someone radical, trans/queer, community-oriented, around our age (hoping for 19-23), direct and true to self.

we are Sylvia (they/she) and Adelaide (they/them), two queer 20-yr-olds in search of a third housemate to help collaborate on our new home.

I’m Adelaide, a white, trans/queer person from the Twin Cities. I love art, plants, and spending time outside. I’m looking forward to creating a new space, filled with fun treasures (!) with new people!

I’m Sylvia, a white, Jewish transfemme. I moved to the cities last winter and have been working on building radical, trans/queer anti-cop/Zionist/racist/patriarchal community. I’d love to live with folks who are also Invested in that work, as well as ongoing collaboration and communication around boundaries, shared/personal space, etc. i’m generally pretty clean, love to cook n grocery shop, and am oriented towards direct, empathetic communication.
