I have a spacious 2 bed 2 bath condo built in 2018. You would have water, sewer, snow removal, trash/recycling and gigabit WiFi for utilities included as well as free on street parking. We have a small French bulldog so must be okay with animals. 4/20 friendly as long as you smoke on back patio.
