Sabrina's room

Private room is located in a newly constructed 4bed 2bath single level home. Currently two rooms are being used by the owners and the two additional rooms will be rented out. One room is furnished and the other is not so you can choose which one suites your needs or based on availability. The home is just 3 minutes from the I5 freeway so it provides easy access to various destinations. Parking is available on the street. We take security seriously for ourselves and tenants so the home is equipped with cameras outside and in the common areas.
