Chase's room

The property is a 4 bedroom, 2,800 square foot house with plenty of space. The room available is actually the largest room in the house and you’d share a bathroom with one other person (me, and I’m the cleanest). There is also a full gym available in the garage to be used.

We’re young adult males in our early-mid 20’s. We love sports, tv shows, movies, and having a good time and we get along with just about anybody. During the week it’s normally pretty quiet and sometimes on weekends we may have friends over sometimes.
