Room available March 1, 2024 for short or longer term rent in a 2500 sq ft home in established quiet neighborhood in North Auburn/Lakeland North, with a large backyard oasis including a hot tub! Bedroom has a full sized bed currently. Shared bathrooms - one full bathroom on the top floor and a half bath on the bottom floor. Soaking tub in the master bedroom can be used with prior communication.

Other Deets: Rent includes all utilities and internet. Month-to-month agreement, with a $450 nonrefundable deposit, maintenance, and cleaning fee.
While currently furnished, the bedroom can be unfurnished. Bedroom is located upstairs, and the window faces east. Two-car garage with room for communal storage. Parking on driveway and street. No tobacco smoking, in or outside of the home. No children. A pet can be discussed, especially if it’s a short term arrangement.

Addtl info: There is room for some additional furniture in the common spaces, including the kitchen. Bring your art, the walls are white.

The backyard is multi-level going uphill with some grass areas, and an abundance of blooming shrubs, flowers, trees, fruit trees, roses, and more. Large patio spaces, and I plan on adding a cold plunge and mud bath to the oasis space soon.

The house is a late 80’s build with interior updates about 6 years ago. Hardwood floor in the entry and kitchen, carpet throughout. It’s a sorta split level with a sunken casual living room. The half bath, laundry room and 1 bedroom are also on this bottom level. Three bedrooms are on the top floor. All of the bedroom windows face east and have neighborhood, valley, and/or tree views. There are two wood burning fireplaces in the house and there is no air conditioning.

I am an early 40’s female professional, traveling the world as often as possible! I enjoy live theatre, being in nature, and fun adventures with awesome humans.
