Room is available June 20th for month - month rental, in a 2400 sq ft home in established quiet neighborhood in North Auburn/Lakeland North, with a large backyard oasis that includes a hot tub! This bedroom has a full sized bed. Shared bathrooms - one full bathroom on the top floor and a half bath on the bottom floor.

Other Deets: Rent includes all utilities and internet, as well as the common house supplies such as paper towels, ceran wrap, and dish soap, etc.

Month-to-month agreement, with a $450 nonrefundable deposit, maintenance, and cleaning fee, which can be discussed.

While currently furnished, the bedroom can be unfurnished. This bedroom is located upstairs, and the window faces East - morning sun! Two-car garage with room for communal storage. Parking on driveway and street. No tobacco smoking, in or outside of the home. No children. A small pet can be discussed, especially if it’s a short term arrangement. The kitchen is fully stocked but room can be made for your favorite appliance in tow.

The backyard is multi-level going uphill with some grass areas, and an abundance of blooming shrubs, flowers, trees, roses, and more. Large patio space with hot tub, cold plunge, BBQ, and fire pit.

The house is a late 80’s build with interior updates about 10 years ago. Hardwood floor in the entry and kitchen, carpet throughout. It’s a sorta split level with a sunken casual living room. The half bath, laundry room and 1 bedroom are also on this bottom level (resident occupied). Three bedrooms are on the top floor. All of the bedroom windows face east and have neighborhood, valley, and/or tree views. There are two wood burning fireplaces in the house and there is no air conditioning.

There are two bedrooms available for rent, both are currently listed on Airbnb, accepting bookings, so availability is contingent on confirmed bookings.

I am a mid 40’s female professional, but thanks to a car accident last year, I’m fairly slow moving and being extra intentional with how I spend my time! I enjoy live theatre, being in nature, and fun adventures with awesome humans.

The other resident is an early 60’s female that works full time in Healthcare, and mostly keeps to themselves.

Community social mindset is super important, as I host friend gatherings, full moon parties, game nights, crafting events, birthday parties, fire pit music jams, etc fairly often.
