• Please use your own supplies
• No overnight guests
• No wearing outdoor shoes indoors
• ON WEEKDAYS–PLEASE NO loud noises after 10PM

Hiya, We’re two professional full-time working adults (Asian-American, married) in our early 30s. We are very easy going and like to have a clean place. We do not smoke or drink.

• On most days, especially Mondays- Fridays, we go to bed around 10PM and wake up at 6AM
• We prefer to keep to ourselves after a hard-working day, but always open
• Ideally, we would like a room mate who is also a young professional, working full time with a similar schedule
