Krysta's room

This is a room in a 4 bed/3 bath house. This room specifically would have it’s own bathroom. The room available is bigger than the photo shows, actual dimensions are 9’ x 12’. The house is in the congress park neighborhood of Denver and is walking distance to a ton of great restaurants and a Trader Joe’s! The house has an incredible backyard but there are 2 dogs already in the house so no more pets please. There is a 1 car garage but it is used for storage. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and there’s always street parking available, we also have a driveway that can fit 3-4 vehicles.

The other 3 rooms in the house are all occupied by women, ages 27-28. We are all working professionals and work regular 8-5 jobs. We are all very active and enjoy working out, exploring Denver, hiking, camping, skiing, etc. We are looking for a fourth roommate with similar interests.
