Courtney's room

We have a furnished room with an attached half bath and separate shared full bath for rent in our home available. There is another rented room across the hall and the main bathroom will be shared with it’s occupant.

We ask that common areas are kept tidy, and everyone just pick up after themselves.

All utilities, internet, washer and dryer included. The room is furnished but make it your own! If you have your own furniture we can move ours to storage also.

We have dogs who are kept on our side of the house with a gate so animal lovers welcome! We are hoping to find someone whose company is pleasant but still enjoys and respects privacy most of the time.

The property is a half acre in the Brigadoon community which is very safe and quite with friendly, mostly older neighbors. It is walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, a movie theater and beautiful lakes.

We have a large backyard and there is also a new sitting area with comfy chairs, a fire pit, projector and screen, as well as a garden with fresh herbs and vegetables.

We are looking to find a housemate as soon as possible so if our home sounds like it might be a good fit for you please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions!

My husband and I own the home and have one other room rented. The tenant is active duty military, gone frequently, keeps to himself and is nice young man.
