Utilities and high speed internet included in price. Month to month “contract”. If you just need a place for one month while you’re in-between contracts, feel free to just stay for one month. If you’re looking for a place long-term, feel free to stay long term.

House is close to I-15, Costco, WalMart, restaurants…but in a quiet friendly neighborhood with low traffic. Very peaceful living.

You’ll see once you move in, but I always invest your rent back into home upgrades. Next spring we should have the chicken coop complete, and garden boxes next summer. Currently working to complete a nice screen room with home gym, outdoor serving bar, projector tv, outdoor furniture, to hopefully be ready before winter. Eventually putting a sauna, hot tub, and ice bath out there but that will probably be in 2 years.

Room is available immediately (previous roommate got married), but I’m also not in any rush to fill the room so reach out if you’re interested and we’ll go from there.

Since you’ll have a private bathroom I’m ok with male or female applicants. Previous roommates have all been quiet working professionals that just need a room to rent, and that’s what I typically like to look for. I try to look for roommates where we all get along perfectly fine, but we also have our own lives so we tend to do our own things.
