3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom house in Salinas. Shared bathroom has a shower/tub, and a bidet (which if you haven’t tried it yet, it’s the business). Washer and Dryer in separate room. There is a backyard where gardening is welcome but not expected or required. Living room has a TV with a bunch of streaming services, PS5, piano, couches. Room has a bed and desk if it’s wanted, but can be removed. Typical kitchen stuff. Fast Internet. Month to month or lease are welcome.

Married couple in our 30s. We do music and art stuff, but most often just work because money. He works from home from his bedroom weekdays while she substitute teaches. He DJs weddings or plays shows with the band on the weekend while she does hobby stuff. We like to play video games, watch tv, go do a trivia night, maybe a hike. Don’t mind visitors. Super respectful of privacy. One of the hardest parts of renting a room in my experiences has been some people are super uptight. We’re pretty easy going people - make yourself at home! We have a kitten that is super sweet and surprisingly not an asshole at all. Also a cat but he’s been hardly coming by anymore and getting (too) used to just living outside.
