Large private furnished room for rent in 4 bed 3 bath home with walk in closet and central air in the home. Largest room after the master bath, furnished but if you would rather bring your own furniture for the room that’s ok too. Available Oct 1 2022. $1,500 a month for everything included. Located in Ewa Gentry. Shared “his & hers” bathroom upstairs with tub/shower, parking in driveway or on street, washer/dryer, office space/second living room, massage chair, tv with several streaming platforms, guest room converted to art studio that you may use with conditions, dishwasher, disposal, trash pick up, monthly gardener, kitchen with full use of appliances/dishes, central AC, nice backyard, upstairs lanai typically used for stargazing, safe family neighborhood, close to Laulani village shopping center. Hoping to find a good long term fit but 3-5 months to start to make sure it’s a good fit for all. $1250 deposit. There is a large very friendly dog that lives here too so must love dogs! Sharing the house with one other person. Will need personal references(example: former roomate, landlord, etc) This is a really nice home that I have worked hard at to cultivate a chill vibe at and would love to find a like minded person to move in. NOT a party house but will have taco or movie nights every now and then. No other pets. Lots of space for storage of stuff not furniture. I understand some peoples questioning about the price. It’s $1,500 for everything including power, water, wifi, streaming platforms, parking, hoa rubbish pick ups, monthly gardener, bi monthly pest control(never seen a bug in the house), ac. This is not a place for someone just trying to rest their head between work this is for someone that values said amenities & perhaps can’t afford their own mortgage. It’s a 4 bedroom house shared with one other person.

Most of the time the house would just be shared with me & Lucy the big lovey Bull mastiff. My name is Madison, I’ll be 32 in October & have lived on Oahu since 2019, Maui prior to that. I love going to the beach to look for shells either on the beach or in the water, hikes, cooking, lounging, watching a variety of shows and snuggling with the dog, I converted a guest room to be a make shift art studio for painting and crafts. I’m a social introvert meaning I love and value my alone time/space but also connect well with all sorts of people, just don’t expect a roommate that will want to hit up Waikiki on a weekend haha. I currently managing this house and taking care of the sweet angel dog for a family that is stationed in Japan for the time being. One of the owners of the house comes to stay there for a few weeks/month about twice a year. He is a 50 retired veteran that teaches scuba while here and is a busy body so not around much.
