Hello, I will have an available furnished bedroom with a private bathroom in a 4 bed 4.5 bath single family house located in Irvine (Orchard Hills). The neighborhood is new, quite and there is a marketplace 10 mins away from the community. The rent is $1700 including utilities and Wi-Fi. The room is on the second floor. The washer and dryer are on the 2nd floor as well. This is a gated, private community with pool, basketball court, volleyball and tennis courts. The contract can be renewed if everything works out well.
Required documents to apply are:
• Last 2 month’s paystubs
• Last two landowners (name and number)
• Credit score with your name (screenshot is ok)
• Proof of employment and salary (job offer documents or any legit documents that shows salary, employment, and your name) or proof of financial support (parents/ relatives financial statement)
Total people in the house will be 4 including me. Both of the roommates are girls, they are very quite, respectful and clean.
