House is awesome!3 bed 2 bath, Newly renovated kitchen, big backyard, two car garage, ample street parking, 10- 15 min to downtown depending on traffic.
The room available is on the main level with my room, your room, bath, living, and kitchen. I am rarely around so this is your space!
The other roommate is in the basement with another bathroom and living area.
We are only interviewing single applicants, no couples please. No pets also.
You will need to apply through our management company and sign onto the remainder of our lease. Deposit 500, 1/3 rent at 716, and shared utilities.
About us, were two 20 something’s male and female, we made the place nice and keep it clean. We’d expect you to respect the common areas/furniture etc. We are easy going and pretty easy to get along with, 420 friendly, cigarettes outside only.
