I have one room for rent in a three bedroom/one bathroom house in Canoga Park. The house is located 3 minutes from Pierce College, 13 minutes from CSUN, near major freeways, and 6 minutes from The Village at Westfield Topanga. The neighborhood is pretty quiet.

The bathroom would be shared with one other roommate, which would be myself. The third bedroom in the house is a creative space/home office. I enjoy practicing the piano, working on my vocals, and playing video games occasionally.

The kitchen features fridge, oven, dishwasher. There is a big backyard and a spacious front yard with a gate and insight parking as well as street parking.

The ideal candidate would be someone who is cannabis friendly, handles alcohol responsibly, is ok with dogs, is ok with a creative space and a clean honest individual. The lease is 6 months in length. $1,200 refundable deposit required prior to move-in.

The room is available October 1st.
