Championship Parkway

Hey there! I am looking for a roommate in the North Fort Worth / Northlake area. I have a two-bedroom apartment with a private bed/bath available. Rent is around 1100$/month for the private bed/bath, and utilities are shared (apart from Internet which I cover). The available room is unfurnished, but the shared spaces are furnished (including full-size washer/dryer). Hoping to have someone move in around the beginning of November. The lease is due for renewal 06/18/2023.

I am Elisabeth (she/her), a young professional working in Healthcare staffing. My hours are from 9 to 6, though I have been working from home and hope to continue to do so. I typically work in the living room to let my dog out. I am a home-body, but don’t make too much noise. I have a sweet little pomeranian (neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, house trained); he is very sweet and gets along well with others. For a small dog, he is NOT a huge barker - if he is barking then something weird is going on! I am pretty easy-going, but I do like my space; because of this, I am very conscientious of other people’s space as well. I like to keep shared spaces neat, but it doesn’t have to be austere! I prefer my home to be an inviting and comfortable space, while still being clean and functional. I like to keep the thermostat between 65 to 70. I am looking for a roommate who is considerate, clean, and queer friendly. I would love to be friends but it’s fine if you’d rather not!
