Charlie's room

The house is above the garage. It was mainly used as a man cave and is not needed anymore. Currently furnished as a gym but you’re welcome to convert to a bedroom for a one bedroom apartment. The kitchen has top of the line appliances, microwave is a convection oven, however no stovetop, but you could use a portable one. Total of 1400 sq.ft with a nice bar/ entertainment area, living room, dining room and a huge bathroom. Main entrance is through a detached garage but you’ll have plenty of privacy.

The main house is across the driveway and I use the garage to park my truck and store some of my other toys. The furniture can be rearranged, the art will be coming off the walls and the gym equipment can be moved too
