Need roommate ASAP. 925 - Room for rent(Littleton) Available Now apartment  w/d in unit  off-street parking  private bath  private room  Looking for someone to rent the 2nd room in my 2 bedroom apartment at Westlake Greens Apartments in Littleton near SW Plaza. My roommate had to move out of state, we had just signed a new lease in June for a year. You would have to be approved by the Leasing Office and there will be a $20 app fee and a $300 admin fee/deposit. Rent is approx $925/month plus half utilities and half cable/internet. Cable box set up in the room, you will have your own private bath, access to all common areas of the apartment, plenty of open parking, storage, large balcony with great view overlooking Racoon Golf Course. I’m pretty laid back, work a lot hours, I have no pets, prefer that ypu don’t either but open to discussion. I don’t really have a preference of what type of roommate I’m looking for, I’m pretty open but a few basics would be nice, ex: clean person, pick up after yourself, not looking to party all the time, laid back.
