One bedroom available for rent in a 3-bed, 2.5 bath condo in Ontario. One bedroom with large closet, window, and ceiling fan for $950. Couples $1250. Roommates will share a full upstairs bathroom. There is also a 1/2 bath shared by the house downstairs. Great living room and fully furnished kitchen as well as quiet patio. The bedroom is not furnished but move-in ready. There is also a community pool, spa, and two tennis courts!

General rules of the house is that if you use something in the common areas just clean and return it to it’s place after. Together we can do our best to keep all shared spaces clean. I’m a working professional, so I’m looking for roommates that are reasonably quiet. No smoking, drugs, parties or pets.

Condo is near 60fwy and Mountain Ave. Many local restaurant’s, Stater Brothers, In & Out, Starbucks, gas stations and other shopping venues are all close.

I’m currently living in this condo and looking for one professional roommate. I have a preference for those that are reasonably quiet or at work during the day. I’m friendly but keep to myself and hoping to find other clean, responsible roommates.
