Looking for LGBTQ+ friendly roommates (as I am part of the community and want to live in a safe environment), who are chill with an occasional party on holidays, for my super cute home that I’m remodeling currently so it will be new and shiny haha.

Bathrooms - Will be installing a new shower head and of course the countertop, and additional storage space.

Closets - Will be painting, adding baseboards and shelves and hanging racks in the private bedroom closet.

Living Room - I’ll be putting a TV on the dark grey brick area and a rounded couch around that.

One person per room (feel free to rent separate rooms if you want to live together!)

No pets that could urinate on the carpets, or that have dander (I am alergic and other potential roommates may be)

I’m very progressive and communicative. I feel a strong desire to protect and love communities I feel are judged for just existing as themselves when they’re not hurting anyone. My main goal with my roommates will be to create a space where they will feel safe and comfortable enough to be their truest selves (as long as their truest self spreads love instead of hate).
