Hi! I’m looking for a new roommate as my old one is moving out. You’ll have you’re own room to furnish, but the bathroom is shared. Utilities (Wi-Fi/electric) are not included in the rent and are split equally. The apartment is mostly furnished but my current roommate will be taking somethings she purchased on her own accord. It is a little messy at the moment while she’s transitioning, but I’d be happy to show you around. If at that point you’re interested, I can get you an application from property management and go from there.

The apartment is located right near downtown San Diego in the quiet little neighborhood of Golden Hill. There are plenty cafes, shops, and stores within walking distance!

I’m currently a student and also work full time. I will be the only other person living in the apartment. I do tend to keep to myself, but would love to be friends if you’re comfortable with that. I do like a neat and tidy space, so all I ask if that you clean up behind yourself when it comes to common areas. I also have a two year old puppy (miniature poodle) named Lola. She’s very sweet but also has puppy energy so it would be cool if you had a dog too! I’d be happy to answer any questions you have about the area/apartment so please ask away!
